What’s the difference between a ready-made integration and an API integration?
Ready-made integrations are already built, so you can switch them on with no code. API integrations use our open API and webhooks to connect Detrack to anything else, including in-house systems, and need a developer to set up.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Ready-made integrations, the open API, webhooks and Detrack Connect are included on every plan. If you send SMS, you pay your provider’s standard rates directly, with no markup from Detrack. Some platforms you connect, like Zapier, charge for their own plans.
Do I need a developer to set up an integration?
Not for ready-made integrations or no-code platforms like Zapier, and most connect in minutes. You’ll only need a developer to build a custom integration with the API, and our team can help with that too.
Can I connect Detrack to my ERP?
Yes. Frameworks, Sympac, Foresiight, Alpen and Striven have ready-made integrations. For other ERPs such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo, the open API can create jobs from orders and send delivery status and proof of delivery back.
Which SMS providers does Detrack work with?
Twilio, Vonage, Sinch, 8x8, Kudosity, BulkSMS, ReplyX, Exotel, Link Mobility and Macrokiosk, plus WhatsApp through Twilio. You can use the provider with the best rates in your region and keep your existing account.

Does Detrack have an open API and webhooks?
