What are the billing options?
Detrack offers monthly and annual billing. Annual subscriptions save 10% compared with paying monthly. Pricing is available in USD, SGD, AUD, and NZD. Large enterprise fleets can request custom pricing with dedicated support.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel any time?
No lock-in contract. Detrack is month-to-month, or annual if you choose the 10% discount, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time. If you cancel, Detrack keeps your profile and data for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off if you return.
What counts as a driver in Detrack pricing?
A driver is any delivery person or vehicle account that completes jobs through the Detrack driver app. You are billed per driver, per month.
