MachShip pushes carrier and service type information, estimated arrival times (ETA), item and package data including quantities, dimensions and weights, tracking and consignment numbers, delivery instructions and notes, and customer contact information for delivery notifications.
Detrack sends real-time delivery status updates (out for delivery, delivered, failed, returned), proof of delivery (POD) data with timestamps and photos, driver and route completion details, and exception or delay notifications back to MachShip.
