Frequently asked questions

What does 'sunset' mean

ElasticRoute will no longer be available after the 15 October 2025 sunset date. You won’t be able to log in or use any features beyond this date.

What happens to any of my existing ElasticRoute credits?

You can either:

  • Receive a credit for the unused portion of your ER licenses. 
  • You can use these credits to buy new Detrack licenses, so long as the email address is the same as the one you have with ElasticRoute

Note: If you are on an ElasticRoute Bundle plan, your bundle licenses will be converted into Detrack licenses, and the ElasticRoute portion of your plan will be provided as credits.

Can I try Detrack Routing first?

Yes. For a limited time, you can upgrade to Detrack Advanced for free and experience routing and other Advanced features at no extra cost. You can contact us by booking a call or through live chat. 

  • If you already have a Detrack Pro account with the same email as your ER account, we will upgrade your plan to Detrack Advanced (as well as add more licenses if required). 
  • If you only use ElasticRoute today, you will have to create an Detrack account using the same email address you used for ElasticRoute, and we will guide you on how to access to Detrack Advanced and Detrack Routing.

What is the price difference between Detrack Advanced and ElasticRoute?

Detrack Advanced costs $39 USD/month per driver, compared to the ElasticRoute Bundle at $44/month. With this upgrade, you will also be able to access all Detrack Advanced features listed on this page.
