As our cloud-based vehicle tracking and proof of delivery solution gains worldwide traction, we feel the need to protect our Detrack® branding and its association with the reliable service that we provide.
Our registered trademark no. is: T1417921E and we are protected under classes 09 and 42.
Class 09: Downloadable computer software for uploading, transferring, downloading, storing, and sharing data, documents, files, information, text, photos, images, graphics, music, audio, video, and multimedia content with others via networks, mobile telephones, and other communications.
Class 42: Provision of online non-downloadable software (application service provider); Online provision of web-based software; Software as a service [SaaS]; Information technology (IT) services (computer hardware, software and peripherals design and technical consultancy); Hosting of software as a service (SaaS); Advisory services relating to computer software.
