The result – a diversity of businesses like carpet cleaners, food delivery, cold chain logistics, 3PLs, furniture stores, florists, insurance companies, e-commerce retailers and many others are using Detrack to power their logistics operations everyday.
Here’s two examples of what you can customize under (Job Settings) on your Detrack Dashboard:
– Option to auto reschedule “In Progress” and “Not Delivered / Collected” jobs to the next day. This is useful for those who run their delivery rounds pass midnight crossing over to the next day or for those with jobs that is not day specific, etc.
– Option to disable smart sorting function on drivers’ Detrack app. If you have already optimized your routes or wish your drivers to follow the planned routes according to your set priority, you can disable the smart sort function and the drivers will see the planned route sequence on their Detrack app.
