Annnd… we are officially done with our first virtual exhibition for 2020! Having attended Home Delivery Asia 2 years in a row now, it was pretty amazing to see the differences for both events.
Exhibitions and Conferences moving online
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic forcing a change in how businesses are run, companies had no choice but to move the bulk of their businesses online and in this case; all exhibitions and conferences were also advised to either be postponed or to be held virtually.
Kudos to you guys!
The team at Terrapinn held the Home Delivery Asia Virtual 2020 beautifully; with lots of help given when we had questions leading up to the event and on the day itself as it was Detrack’s first virtual event, ever! The transition from an onsite event to a virtual event was smooth and fuss free, and it was all thanks to the team at Terrapinn.
It was also pretty amazing to be able to attend different talks from industry leaders like Geek+ which is a tech company that specializes in smart logistics by applying the use the robotics to help with logistics companies. Mr Alvin (Sales director, SEA) spoke on how AI and robotic solutions can help with productivity especially since we can now see a big shift towards various e-commerce platforms.
Now, it was no easy feat for us here as we did not choose the traditional method of presenting our talk with a power point slide during our session. Instead, we chose to showcase a Detrack style video at our ‘booth’ to present the best of what we have to offer, and we are proud to say that it was one of the videos to get the most traction during the event.
