How To Print Shipping Labels For Deliveries

You can download and print shipping labels for your parcels.

The shipping label generated will include the barcode and QR code for D.O. # (both the barcode and QR code on the shipping label represents D.O. #). Other included information on the shipping labels are, company name, address, deliver to / collect from, item description, quantity, zone, company logo, instructions, tracking no., start date, ship date and payment amount. 

The barcode and QR code can be used for mass updating of job status, to confirm the deliveries as well as scan to search for the job on the Driver’s app. There will be more functions involving barcodes and QR codes to be added on.

Below is a list of fields supported in the shipping label.

SHIPPING LABEL SETTINGS

You can select the desired size (A4 / 10cm by 10cm / 10cm by 15 cm / 7.6 by 5 cm) for the shipping labels generated. To do so, go to admin dashboard > Settings > Shipping Label Settings > Select the size > Save.

PRINT SHIPPING LABELS FOR ALL DELIVERIES ON A SELECTED DATE

To print shipping labels for all deliveries on a date, go to admin dashboard > Jobs > Calendar > Select date > Export to file.

Then select Shipping Labels

Click on the Re-generate button

Then, click on Download Shipping labels in PDF 

Next, open the PDF file and print the shipping labels.

PRINT SHIPPING LABELS FOR A DELIVERY

To print shipping labels for a delivery on a date, go to admin dashboard > Jobs > Calendar > Select date > Select the job.

Click on the Shipping label button to download the shipping label in PDF.

Open the PDF and print the shipping label.

HOW TO PRINT MULTIPLE SHIPPING LABELS

Should you have more than one package for the job delivery and need to print more than one shipping label, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Settings > Job Settings > Fields > check the option Labels

 

2. Go to Jobs > select the date > select the job > enter the number of labels.

3. If you are using Excel to import the number of labels to print, you can create a new column with the header name “Labels” and enter the number of labels in the column.

Note: If the field is left blank, the system will print just one label.
