How To Export Collections To Excel

In your admin dashboard, click on the Jobs tab. Next click on the delivery date on the calendar and then under the Collections tab, click the Excel button to the far right of the date.

Upon clicking on the Export to file button, a drop down box with 5 options will be shown. Select Export to Excel and you will be prompted by your web browser to download an Excel file.

If you wish to download collection jobs without item included, select Export to Excel without items and you will be prompted by your web browser to download a Excel file without items included in the file.

Once downloaded into your computer, you can open the file using Microsoft Excel and it will be displayed just like any other spreadsheet in rows and columns. The file may also be opened using other office tools or Google docs.
