The routing feature allows you to set up a Break Time Window to accommodate a break (e.g. lunch or dinner) during the planning to comply with safety guidelines / minimize driver fatigue.
The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of stops will be delayed, and not be planned within the Break Time Window.
This tutorial is on setting up a Break Time Window for your drivers.
Steps
Vehicle Setup

Navigate to Vehicles.

Open up the vehicle details form by either:

Clicking on the Add Vehicle button if you are adding a new vehicle

Clicking on an existing vehicle

Fill in the Break must happen between – time window for which the break will take place.

Click Save when done.

After planning, the Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) of the stops with the Break Time Window were continued only after the defined break time of 12 to 1 pm, as opposed to the planning without the Break Time Window.
Note:
The start time of the route can be delayed with the use of this Break Time Window.
