How To Make Signature Or Photo Mandatory For Collections

Steps

1. In your admin dashboard, click on Settings > Collection.
   
2. Under the POD tab, switch on Signature or Photo is required > click Save.
   

Your drivers will now be required to capture receiver’s signature or photo before they can submit POD.
