Xero is an accounting software for Small Business Below are the steps to integrate your Xero account to Detrack.
Steps
- Navigate to Integrations > Available Integrations. > Select Xero.
- In the subsequent pop-up, click Install.
- You may choose to Configure the integration > Save.
- You will be directed to Xero website.
- Authorize the access request.
- The integration will be active.

Note:
- Currently only owner roles are allowed to install / uninstall the integration
- If an invoice in Xero is deleted, voided, or its status is changed to one not selected during setup, the corresponding job in Detrack will not be deleted. You will have to manually delete the order in Detrack
- Uninstalling the integration will not remove the jobs in Detrack. Future invoices will no longer be created as jobs in Detrack
- If you are on special courier mode and your default job status is In Progress, do note that your jobs will be created with the At Warehouse status
