How To Enable The Sending Of Text / SMS During A Certain Time Window

To avoid disturbing your customers, there is a feature in Detrack that will permit the sending of SMS / text notifications during a specified time range.

This tutorial will show you the steps to allow SMS messages to be sent out in the time range of 8 am to 10 pm. SMS notifications out of the defined time range will be suppressed, and not be sent out.

Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Notification Settings.
   
   
2. Click on Add Notification or any of the rows to open a pop-up.
   
3. Click on the Text / SMS tab.
4. Enter the values into Time window start and Time window end.
   
5. Click Save when done.

Thereafter, the Text / SMS for this event will only be triggered within the given Time Window; the notifications will not be sent out of the define Time Window.
