Change / Delete Owner Account

The change / deletion of Detrack account can only be handled through our technical team.

This article is regarding the verification steps to change / delete the email of the owner account.

Steps

  • Navigate to Users
  • Create a sub-user account for support@detrack.com. (We will delete this sub-user account after the change.)
  • Drop us an email at support@detrack.com, and inform us of the nominated email address to transfer the account to.
