Almost a decade ago, Detrack was founded with just 3 family members and an ambitious vision – to make delivery management software that’s affordable for small businesses to use.
True to our roots, we’ve always kept our pricing affordable and within reach for businesses of all sizes, with a free starter plan and paid plans that scale according to business needs.
However, as Detrack has grown over the years, so have our costs of running the business. To continue providing the best possible service for our customers, we’ve made the difficult decision to change our free plan starting 1st November 2022.
We understand that this may come as a surprise or even an inconvenience to some of our users. But we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly, and only after much deliberation. We believe that this is the best way to continue providing the high-quality product and service that our customers have come to expect from us.
Introducing Detrack’s New FREE Plan
To continue providing the best possible service for our customers, we’ve made the decision to change our free plan starting 1st November 2022.
The new free plan will be limited to:
- 1 vehicle
- 10 job limit per day
- 2 sub-users only
- 30 email notifications per day
- 30 days data retention
- 5 contact
- 5 groups
- 1 onboarding session
- 2 max photos per delivery
If you currently have a Detrack account and are on the free plan, you can still use the FREE plan, features will however be limited, or you can choose to upgrade to a PREMIUM plan where you will get so much more value.
In addition, there will be free upgrades for those who are on the PREMIUM plan. This means that you will never have to worry about losing access to your Detrack account or having to pay for any new features or updates that we release.

What’s Next?
If you want to get the most out of Detrack, we recommend upgrading to a premium plan. This will give you access to all the features and benefits that Detrack has to offer, without any limitations. Some of the features include the following:
Unlimited Jobs, Sub-Users, Email Notifications, Contacts, and Groups
With the premium plan, you’ll be able to create an unlimited number of jobs, sub-users, email notifications, contacts, and groups. This means that you can easily scale your business without having to worry about any limits.
3 Onboarding Session
3 is the magic number when it comes to onboarding sessions. With the premium plan, you’ll be able to get 3 onboarding sessions instead of just 1. This means that you can get the most out of Detrack and learn how to use all the features that are available to you.
5 Year Data Retention
With the premium plan, you’ll be able to keep your data for up to 5 years. This means that you can always go back and reference your data, even if it’s been a while since you’ve used Detrack.
10 Max Photo Per Delivery
With the premium plan, you’ll be able to add up to 10 photos per delivery. This means that you can document every delivery and have all the information that you need right at your fingertips.
Widget Customisation
Widget customization is a great way to make Detrack your own. With the premium plan, you’ll be able to customize the widget to match your branding. This means that you can have a delivery management system that looks and feels like it’s a part of your business.
White Label
White label is a feature that is only available on the premium plan. With a white label, you’ll be able to remove all Detrack branding from your account and replace it with your own branding. This means that your customers will never know that you’re using Detrack, and they’ll think that you have your own delivery solution.
These are just some of the features that you’ll be able to access with the premium plan. If you want to get the most out of Detrack, we recommend upgrading to the premium plan. The premium plan starts at only $26 per month.

If you’re looking to save money on your Detrack subscription, we recommend signing up for an annual plan. With the annual plan, you’ll be able to save up to 10% off your monthly subscription. This means that you can get all the same features and benefits of the premium plan for less.
