Detrack System is designed to be a SaaS (Software as a Service) to help us keep our prices low while providing a cutting-edge vehicle tracking and proof of delivery solution to power your delivery operations. Now that we have reached the end of our pilot programme, Detrack will officially become a paid service from the 11th of April 2014 onwards. At Detrack, we wish to keep everything clear and simple for our users and that includes our pricing and charging process too. The only fees payable to use Detrack Systems is the flat rate paid per driver / device; there are neither hidden costs nor do we charge extras for maintenance, upgrading (in our development pipeline) and IT support. On top of that, we offer your first driver FREE, forever.
In a nutshell:
Detrack Systems is a pre-paid service based on subscriptions. The first driver / device of each account is FREE, hence only the second driver / device onwards is chargeable at a flat rate of US$20.00 (annual payment option) or US$24.00 (monthly payment option) for unlimited tracking, proof of deliveries, web access and all other dashboard functions. Bulk discounts are available for companies with 100 vehicles or more. To find out more, email us at sales@detrack.com.
It is simple to start using Detrack. You can add in your first FREE vehicle right after you have signed up for an account. To add the rest of your vehicles, click on the “Add More” link under the Vehicles tab or go to the “Account” tab on the dashboard’s top navigation bar to purchase pre-paid driver subscriptions. Once the number of subscriptions you require are purchased, you can start adding in your second or more vehicles. There are no limits to the number of subscriptions you can purchase and each subscription is not tied to a fixed device. For example, you started with 5 subscriptions for 5 drivers but had to replace one of the drivers. You can simply delete the to-be-replaced driver’s vehicle from the dashboard and add the device of the new driver to continue utilizing the 5 subscriptions already purchased.
The driver subscriptions are only valid within the invoice period stated. A renewal invoice will be generated 7 days prior to the expiry of the current invoice period and sent to you via email. There will be a 14 days grace period before Detrack automatically disables the unpaid drivers until payment is made.
