In your admin dashboard, click on the Settings menu to reveal a drop-down menu. Next, click on the Collection option and a Collection Settings form with five tabs (Fields, Reasons, Notes, POD and Webhook URL) will be shown.
Under the Reasons tab, you can customize your list of reasons for your driver to select for non-collections as well as item rejection for collections.
In the Reasons section, you can add one or multiple (separate by a new line) reasons for your driver to select from when tapping on the Not Collected button (refer to How To Submit Failed Collection Status) e.g.
Shipper Not Around
Shipper Not Around Wrong Address Others
In the Item Reasons section, you can customize your list of reasons for your driver to select from when rejecting an item (refer to How To Reject Collection Item) e.g.
Good Not Ready Goods Damaged Others
