INFO-RECEIVED EVENT

This event trigger is useful when the company wants to notify customers that their job orders are currently being processed. Once jobs are added or imported, it will trigger the system to send a notification via email or text SMS to inform the customer.

SCHEDULED EVENT

Scheduled event triggers a notification when the tracking status is changed to Scheduled. This happens when the admin assigned a driver to a job scheduled on a future date. This will trigger a notification to inform the customer that a date of delivery / collection has been scheduled for them at a certain date and time or to be delivered by a certain date. Customers will be able to check if the delivery / collection date and time suits them. If the date doesn’t suit them, they can inform the delivery company to change the date or time.

PRE-JOB EVENT

Pre-job event triggers a notification when the date and time of notification set by the admin has arrived. The admin is allowed to set from 1 to 5 days before the delivery date. The admin can also specify the time to send the notification for all jobs. For example, if the admin chooses to send notification one day before the delivery date (23 July, 10:00 am), a notification will be send on 22 July, 10:00 am.

HEADING TO EVENT

Heading-to event triggers a notification with an estimated arrival time (ETA) to inform the customer that the driver is on his way to the job destination. This happens when the driver taps “Head To Location” (under the camera icon) on drivers app to trigger the notification.

ARRIVED EVENT

Arrived event triggers a notification to inform the customer that the driver has arrived at the job destination. This happens when the driver taps “Arrived At Location” (under the camera icon) on drivers app to trigger the notification.

COMPLETED EVENT

Completed event triggers a notification when a job is completed and a proof of delivery is captured. This is to inform the customer that the delivery has successfully completed and a tracking widget link will be included in the notification for customers to leave feedback for the service.

PARTIALLY COMPLETED EVENT

Partially completed event triggers a notification when a job is partially completed. This is to inform the customer that the delivery was partially completed and the reason for rejection is include in the notification.

FAILED EVENT

Failed event triggers a notification when a job is failed. This is to inform the customer that the delivery / collection was failed due to a reason. This will help in exception management when the customers only wants to be notify when delivery / collection is failed.
