HOW TO SET DIFFERENT PREFIX USING GROUPS
To set different prefixes for auto-generated D.O. No. using Groups, go to the admin dashboard
Go to Users > Groups.
Select the Group you wish to set a D.O. No. prefix.
Select the D.O. No. Settings header and enter the prefix. Press Save.
Note: Kindly ensure that the setting will only apply when Auto generate D.O. No. option has been enabled.
