How To Enable/Disable Additional Fields For Collections

In your admin dashboard, click on the Settings menu to reveal a drop-down menu. Next, click on the Collection option and a Collection Settings form with five tabs (Fields, Reasons, Notes, POD and Webhook URL) will be shown.

Under the Fields tab, you can enable/disable additional fields if you require them. Simply check/uncheck the checkbox for the field you wish to enable/disable under the Enable field (third column) and click the Save button.
