In your admin dashboard, click on the Settings menu to reveal a drop-down menu. Next, click on the Delivery option and a Delivery Settings form with five tabs (Fields, Reasons, Notes, POD and Webhook URL) will be shown.
Under the Reasons tab, you can customize your list of reasons for your driver to select for non-deliveries as well as item rejection for deliveries.
In the Reasons section, you can add one or multiple (separate by a new line) reasons for your driver to select from when tapping on the Not Delivered button (refer to How To Submit Failed Delivery Status) e.g.
Consignee Not Around
Consignee Not Around Wrong Address Others
In the Item Reasons section, you can customize your list of reasons for your driver to select from when rejecting an item (refer to How To Reject Delivery Item) e.g.
Goods Damaged Wrong Quantity Others
