Change user email

  1. If the email you are currently using for login is the owner, send in a support ticket or email to support@detrack.com along with the changes you want and we will assist further.
  2. If you are not the owner, send in a support ticket or email to support@detrack.com and include the API key or proof of identification (Example: Invoice) if possible along with the change you want.

Transfer user rights

To transfer user rights, please kindly send in a support ticket or email support@detrack.com, including the other user/s along with the changes you want and we will assist further.

Delete account

To delete an owner account, please send in a support ticket or email support@detrack.com and we will assist from there.
