How To Setup The Vehicle Checklist For Specific Vehicle Mode

This article is regarding the setting up of Vehicle Checklist for specific Vehicle Mode/s.

Steps

Vehicle Setup

1. Every vehicle in Detrack can be assigned a Vehicle Mode. (Settings > Vehicles)

   

2. There are 5 Vehicle Mode that can be selected:

   1. Car

   2. Motorcycle

   3. Truck

   4. Light Truck

   5. Heavy Truck

3. Select the required Vehicle Mode for the vehicle.

   

4. Click Save when done.

Vehicle Checklist Setup

1. Navigate to Vehicle Check.

   

2. Navigate to Manage Checklist.

   

3. Click the Add new checklist > A form will appear.

   

4. In the ensuing form, select the Vehicle Mode

   1. Provide a name to the checklist.

      

   2. Select the required Vehicle Mode/s.

      

   3. Click Save when done.

5. The newly created Vehicle Checklist will be available in the Driver App (after a Start / Stop process) for the Vehicles that are assigned the matching Vehicle Mode.
