Eligible businesses can now implement Detrack to power your last mile delivery operations with 80% cost offset with PSG approved packages.

Get in touch with us (email@example.com) to submit your business details and disclose how many vehicles you are planning to sign up with Detrack. We will provide you with a quote, which you will need to apply for the PSG.
We will also assign you a designated Detrack contact person.
Eligibility criteria to apply PSG:
- Registered and operating in Singapore
- IT solutions must be used in Singapore
- Business is registered under the ‘Logistics’ category on ACRA
- At least 30% locally owned (Singaporean /PR)
- Not a current paid user of Detrack

No. Detrack can only be used by the applicants’ primary entity, and not by a related party.
No. The company has to assign an individual (employee or owner) related to the company as a “Preparer” or “Acceptor” role to access the Business Grants Portal via Singpass to submit the application.
However, our sales/operations team will guide you through the application process.
The full amount should be paid by the company within 15 days.

The PSG for Detrack is available till 26 May 2023.
The specified items in the pre-approved quotation cannot be removed or modified. Any modification relating to the items on Detrack’s pre-approved packages will not be eligible for the PSG support. However if more quantities of each item is required, the quotation can be adjusted accordingly.
Each company is subjected to an annual grant cap of SGD 30,000 per financial year (1 April to 31 March).
However, SMEs are free to select the packages they need according to their requirements.
You can access the Business Grants Portal under the “My Applications” section, or refer to the email sent with the status of the submitted grant application.
In the field requesting financial information, please indicate: “Non applicable as I am still in my first financial year”.
Any personnel assigned as a Business Grants Portal user in the company and given a “Preparer” or “Acceptor” role by the company’s CorpPass Administrator can accept the Letter of Offer.
Contact details of the new user should be updated in the Business Grants Portal.
No. These applications are considered retrospective applications and will be rejected.
